Course Summary

At the beginning of this course, we need to learn how to make shiro-an (white bean paste), nerikiri paste and filling paste which are essential ingredients for making nerikiri.
Through these 5 sessions, you will learn most of the nerikiri techniques which you can see on my Instagram pages.
In each session we will learn different techniques and designs.
All wagashi tools are difficult to buy if you live outside of Japan so in this course we are going to show you how to use alternatives or handmade tools.
By the end of the course, you will be able to create so many beautiful seasonal nerikiri wagashi at your home even if you are not living in Japan.

☆These courses can be held either English or Japanese.
