Terms & Conditions for Online classes

Payment

To secure a booking you are required to pay the full balance for the class fee before the class start.

At the moment, we only accept bank transfer to UK residents. We arrange other payment methods for overseas participants.

 

Change & Booking

 All courses are transferable / exchangeable only up to (and including) 14 days before the selected course, subject to a cancellation fee of £10. Unfortunately, due to course logistics, you will not be permitted to transfer to a different course after this date. However, where you are unable to attend a certain date, you may instead select someone else to attend the course in your place. We are unable to offer full refunds if cancelling a course booking less than 7 days prior to the course. Please refer to our refunds policy below.

*Bookings are not confirmed or finalized until you have received a confirmation email from us.

 

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course dates and in this case, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible of the rescheduled date. All attendees will be notified and will be able to transfer onto another course, or receive a full refund if cancelling the booking under these circumstances.

Absence

If you can't attend a class, please notify us as soon as you could.

You will receive a recorded lesson followed by a short follow up zoom session.

Refunds and cancellations

Please contact us via email or website and let us know the name of the person attending in your place if you are unable to make the class.

Occasionally, we may have to cancel or postpone a class due to unavoidable circumstances or if a class is under-subscribed. In such cases, we will always try to give as much notice as possible and will notify all confirmed attendees offering to move you to another course, or provide a voucher for the same amount of money if the booking was originally a voucher (valid for 6 months) or a full refund.

Technical Issues

If you book an online cooking class, it is your responsibility to ensure you have the technical capability

(such as software and internet speed) to attend the class. We are not liable to provide any refunds, exchanges, reschedule an online class, provide technical support, or liable in any other way to you if you are unable to attend or participate fully in an online cooking class due to any technical issues.

Number of Attendees

One confirmed booking allows for one attendee (and up to one household member) to join on one device. 

Copy right

Recording a class, passing on our recipes or content of classes to others are strictly prohibited.

Also giving your own lesson using our method and recipes to others are strictly prohibited.
